Congratulations to Mr. Larry Krest, Winner of 2015 Deputy Waterways Conservation Officer Deputy of the Year

Region 22 would like to recognize Mr. Larry Krest, Sam Dan #20393 for winning the 2015 Deputy Waterways Conservation Officer Deputy of the Year.
Mr Krest is a Charter Member of WTSDA. He not only is the most senior and continuous active member of Appalachia Tang Soo Do, but according to WTSDA Headquarters, one of the most senior, active Sam Dan members within the WTSDA. Congratulations to Mr Krest, a great representative of WTSDA Region 22 and the Tang Soo Spirit.
